Strategy, diligence, execution, and management of investments from Microsoft's $1B Climate Innovation Fund to innovate and accelerate climate technologies. Investments made span venture capital (Series A through growth), project finance, and fund partnerships.Post-investment, actively supporting our portfolio companies through a number of board observer positions and enabling facilitations to Microsoft's broader sustainability initiatives, including early adoption of portfolio climate technologies within our global operations.Leading and/or supporting deals across sectors of:- Energy systems (energy storage, alternative fuels & transportation, energy management & integration)- Industrial systems (carbon removal, materials & supply chain, circular economy)- Natural systems (water technologies, climate risk & intelligence, regenerative agriculture & land use)

Conduct ethical risk assessments on AI models to identify potential bias and fairness, develop AI ethics training materials for internal teams to increase awareness of ethical considerations within the company, and work closely with data scientists to improve algorithms and reduce bias.
