Arrange communication meetings between both side and create space them to share good ideas/activities to eachother*Lead buyer of DE&I(Diversity, Equity and Inclusive) Activities with Suppliers. *As a part of Toyota Motor Europe Purchasing organisation, key role of responsibilities are:-Sourcing responsibilities for Toyota Motor global projects Yaris,Corolla(UK&TR), Camry, Rav4,CHR and Aygo vehicles.-Managing +75m€ annual turnover of relevant commodities (mid. stamping(0-500g) / RR Suspension / Clutch & Brake Pedal / Crash Boxes FR & RR /Hood Hinges & Back Door Hinges / Hood Lock / Aluminum Heat Shields, base in all over the Europe including Turkey and Russia. -Lead buyer of; *Body in white for RAV4&Camry *Coated parts for CHR&Corolla *All Raw Material business w/ TK Suppliers & TMMT in-house via Toyota Tsusho.-Establish and implement purchasing policies, procedures and best practices-Direct procurement policies to ensure all items are purchased and delivered within budget and time constraints.-Develop types of purchasing strategies based on geographical facts of each manufacturing plants in Toyota Europe organisation,-Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, technical ability capacity and reliability,-Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors,-Negotiate and administrative purchasing agreements and contracts with suppliers in support of organizational requirements.-Measure and manage the vendor and supplier cost, quality and delivery performance,-Oversee supplier compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations in relevant fields.-Manage risks and troubleshoot issues relating to quality, cost, delivery and supply chain.-Work with cross divisions to manage inventory requirements.-Develop and manage purchasing budgets/forecasts and monitor to reduce purchase variances to meet profit objectives.-Creating regular reports on purchase commitments, costs and delivery performance.-Continuous improvement of purchasing processes in line with changing organizational needs and market conditions.-Regular business trips local and abroad for purchasing activities.
