I'm responsible with our team for developing and executing the overall strategy and managing all aspects of the program, including program design, program management, consultancy services, innovation management, mentorship, training, and investor relations.My primary focus is building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the Turkish, MENA, and Europe startup ecosystems, including entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate partners. I am one of the faces of our programs, representing Viveka at industry events and conferences and promoting the program to potential participants and investors with my managing partner Emin Okutan.I am responsible for managing the accelerator programs, from developing and selecting startups, and completing the need analysis of startups and corporates, to managing mentorship and investor relations with our team. I work closely with our team of experts to design and implement these programs, ensuring they provide meaningful and actionable insights to our partners, which are NGOs, VC funds, international organizations, and other entities. I am also responsible for providing sustainability consultancy services to our corporate clients, helping them to develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives.
