Aircraft Design and Analysis Engineer for Structural Tasks in the Aircraft Integration Department- Working on the integration process of COMINT and other systems to aircraft including equipment, antennas and workstations. Worked both inside and outside of a general aviation type aircraft, by followingrequirements dictated by aviation authorities and considering critical loads and pressurized areas.- Having knowledge about commonly used materials in aviation and surface protection and coatingmethods, learning from acclaimed documents such as MMPDS and MIL-STD standards.- Generating achievable ideas while staying within the boundaries that customer dictates.- Can generate static, dynamic and aerodynamic analyses for structures or surfaces by using empiricalformulas and computer-aided software. Can also generate modal analysis results by using said softwareand check the remaining life of a part by using fracture mechanics software.- Learning more about airworthiness and authorities. Acquainted with FAR-23 and FAR-25 and have a general knowledge of Part-21 and what TC, STC and ADs are.- Can create flight envelopes for various situations and can calculate flight loads according to that flightenvelope to generate plausible data to use in analyses by using acceptable engineering sources.- Learning the basics of certification and boundaries of safety regulations.

Design Engineer for the Body Interior Unit of the Bus Development Department- I worked on the interior design unit using CATIA V5. I am mostly using Generative Shape Design, Part Design, Assembly Design, Generative Sheet Metal and Drafting Modules.- I took part in projects about change and improvement of the current parts and assemblies.- I especially learned a lot about plastic and sheet metal from design to production.- I used Windchill PLM and various other programs native to the company to take part in the group projects.- I was also in charge of educational planning and the coordinator of the cost reduction projects of my department.

During my service at the Turkish Air Force (TurAF) 2nd Air Maintenance Factory Directorate base in Kayseri at Depot-Level Maintenance and Repair Directorate (FASBAT) as an officer, I had great numbers of chances to learn valuable information and get immense experience about both aviation and management.- I’ve been a part of the maintenance and retrofit projects of the military cargo aircraft Airbus A400M.- During this task I learned a lot about the rules, legislations and institutions such as Part-M, Part-145, EMAR-145 and CAMO which will be useful to know in both military and civil aviation.- I got experience in maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and used a program called WINGS to operate the process.- I got new skills in administrative and executive acts. Used Excel and SAP in both technical and administrative ways.

Design and technical optimization internship at TAI Facilities.- Worked in the avionics design department of the F-16 fighter aircrafts’ modernization.-Designed avionics and mechanical parts in CATIA and Unigraphics NX.- I had a chance to see the entire process from design to manufacturing. Had a chance to see Siemens Team Center in use and learned a lot about PLM systems.

Management and aircraft maintenance internship at Atatürk Airport.- Learned about airworthiness directive (AD), service bulletin (SB), SHT-M legislation and aircraft maintenance procedure.- Organized the maintenance schedule and learned how to execute them properly within the rules stated in legislations.- Used the MRO software of Turkish Airlines called Trax.
