• Currently working in “Lava International Ltd.” Noida, an Indian electronics company, manufacturer of Feature phone, smartphones, tablets & smart wearables.• Lead the kick off meeting with product manager along with business and marketing team to meet project TTM schedule• Creating and executing project engineering work plans, understanding customer requirements and specification.• Co-ordinate with vendor import/local to design and development of jigs & fixture with help of CAD/mechanical design/3D images• Continuous capacity enhancement of the plant through various modes like improving line balancing rate using E.C.R.S & MOST study, eliminating non value added activities and process debottlenecking using low cost Automation, Outsourcing etc.• Line layout preparation using Auto-Cad considering Line balancing, Material flow and safety norms.• Making of Product files containing PPAP Documents like master drawings, bill of materials, ECN records, Control Plan, PFMEA, PFC etc.• Prepare new proposal to optimize man, space utilization & to increase productivity, Cost Reduction by analyzing various VA & NVA activities in process. • Weekly project & Monthly KRA review with CMO.
