•Starting from installation of new plant working on Washing Machine plant warehouse•Coordinating and managing 17 blue collar personnel in warehouse•Working in coordination with sub - industry•Working as Planning Specialist in planning department•Organizing suppliers and raw materials based on Just In Time according to production planResponsibilities as Planning Specialist :•Evaluation of consumer services, spare parts demand•Production tracking, ensuring the use of appropriate materials ( stock adjustment )•Forwarding the problems from supplier to the appropriate department of the company•Opening purchase orders in accordance with the material requirements of the program•Ensuring the proper material is the entrance to the factory specs stock•Managing material safety stock, material supply time•Ensuring the actual of the minimum order quantity and packaging•Warning relevant departments when problems appear in the material supply•Managing of shipping in order to reach the designated target and inventory •Working with a minimum follow-up of obsolete inventory by engineering changes•Following risk in stock, developing recommendations to reduce risk in stock•Providing a list of goods in transit in the early months of the import company or department•Using of alternative materials ' Deroga' forms approving and submitting to the quality department•Forwarding to the suppliers of the necessary long-term forecast
