 Overall management of the theme component. Coordinate weekly planning and review meetings at area office level  Liaise with PMU and participate in fortnightly planning and review meetings. Lead and guide the team of engineers and social organizers in smooth implementation of the component. Ensure beneficiaries and areas identification for infrastructure and DRR interventions. Prepare weekly planning and review jointly with Project Officer Agriculture. Designing/cost estimation and preparation of proposals for infrastructure projects. Ensure entry, management and updates infrastructure & DRR data in MIS system. Development, maintenance and update of filing system and record keeping.  Work closely with partners and local communities to do participatory needs assessment, project design and implementation. Oversee program financial and material resources, in closed coordination of Project Manager, finance and logistic officers. Preparation of regular update, narrative and financial reports.  Represent Organization in coordination meetings with, different partners and government authorities.  Provide technical oversight to ensure quality and standard of program implementation.  Oversee staff performance and strengthen the capacity of program staff through regular coordination meetings, staff appraisals. Ensure timely payments to the infrastructure and CfW( Cash for work) beneficiaries Prepare periodic progress reports as and when required by the donor and project management. And prepare variance analysis reports to keep track of expenses in line with the donors' approved budget.  Ensure visibility of the project and LASOONA at each of the planned activity. Analysis of actual expenditures with budget of the component, make overview of various heads and report the same to the management on the monthly, quarterly, and annually. Ensure implementation of M&E plan i.e. baseline, post monitoring and period analysis.
