The jobs comprised of mainly on line instruments maintenance of Utilities plant, Electric Arc Furnace, metal casters, participate in root cause analysis of machine break downs and process upsets as well as environmental impact and aspects. Prepare investigation reports and recommend corrective actions.

My job responsibilities apart from the above mentioned, included around the clock shift on-line maintenance of all process control and analyzer instruments as per requirements which included Siemens S7 PLC as well as Honeywell and Yokogawa Centum DCS system checks, diagnosis and rectification of faults.

This was a short term commissioning job of approximately 3 months duration. The job included Commissioning and Loops checking of all process control and safety Instruments related to all remote manifold stations (RMS), Including ESD checks as per "Factory Acceptance Test" procedures, preparation of test reports and calibrations as per the requirements of "ISO 9002" Standards etc. for Petroleum Development of Oman (P.D.O) Lekhwair site R.M.S. stations project.
