• I developed and implemented all aspects of cultivation at Infinite Tree.• I helped build Infinite Tree from day 1 into a high performance USDA Organic hemp nursery and research farm, specialized in the breeding of novel cultivars for the CBD flower market.• I produced and sold over 200,000 high quality nursery plants in the Oregon market. I grew and propagated many thousands more for research and breeding.• In collaboration with Emily Gogol PhD, I conducted numerous internal studies and field trials through strategic planning. This allowed us to continually improve our SOP's and share data with farmers in a nascent industry. That research allowed us to bring to market highly improved varieties of hemp, with the data to prove their exceptional quality.• Alongside CTO Ryan Burns, former Lead Infrastructure Engineer at Pixar, I got to see first hand the potential of software engineering in developing useful apps and technology for agriculture, like custom irrigation controllers, environment sensors, and field trial data trackers.• On a daily basis, I worked independently, under intense pressure to problem solve and excelled in that environment. In spite of that pressure, I maintained a high degree of professionalism and respect for my team.• I was integral to the construction and maintenance of new facilities, fields and equipment, like tractors, greenhouses, indoor growing spaces, and large irrigation projects up to 5 acres.

• As Assistant Crew Leader, I directed restoration crews in the planting of native species and the removal of invasive species across hundreds of acres Oregon. I personally planted over 180,000 native plants throughout NW Oregon, and was responsible in assisting crews to plant millions more. • As a Botanical Lead, I collected and pressed herbarium samples alongside company owner and botanical expert George Kral. I also provided species identification of both native and non-native plants while in the field with our highly specialized teams.• As Naturescaping Coordinator, I developed a pilot program that designs and implements native plant landscapes throughout the Portland Metro area.
