I am passionate about Quality outcomes in everything I do.I had been a scrum master by choice. I started enjoying resolving the obstacles of scrum teams and being an enabler to help teams being self organized. I love to watch teams growing more efficient. Even more fascinating for me is to help people and organizations transform from a traditional to more Agile mindset.Apart from working in Agile culture, over the years I have worked in various technical positions in QA. My work included guiding and leading QA teams working on a bunch of Unified Communication (UC) clients as well as server. UC Products included both audio and video solutions over SIP protocol on different platforms as well as Java based development platform and the latest being in the docker technology on cloud platform (Azure) .I have 20 years of IT experience and have been working with some of the best technical minds of the industry.
