My professional experience includes a corporate career that has provided me with many valuable leadership experiences in a multinational, publicly held company.In my role as a Worldwide Product Manager in Kodak's highly successful $1B motion picture and television business, I was responsible for a portfolio of 1000+ individual products and services that spanned B2B and B2C channels. My responsibilities included product line management, P&L management, leading diverse multifunctional product development and improvement project teams, strategic and tactical marketing, product launch execution, marketing communications, public relations, web initiatives, along with Consumer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Relationship Management (BRM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and development of training and marketing tools. My background includes motion imaging research and development, product conformance testing, product quality and process control, technical and educational writing, along with ISO and MRP-II accreditation and auditing responsibilities. I have an established track record of managing complex situations and a demonstrated ability to conceptualize and implement robust problem resolutions. Proven capability in the development and implementation of business strategies by combining results orientated management skills while incorporating expert technical knowledge to provide the best value proposition. I am well grounded in Lean manufacturing and production philosophies and practices. I also have gained extensive experience in a traditional motion picture laboratory environment and have had responsibility for supervision of many motion picture productions and post productions.
