Currently, employed at enFocus located in in dowtown South Bend, IN as a Project Manager since August 2022. Formerly worked at Schurz Communications loated in Mishawaka, IN as a Financial Accounts Payable Supervisor from 2014-2022. In my current role, I manage fellows on different projects serving the South Bend-Elkhart region, Marshal County, and Berrian County as they execute tasks until project completion. Our projects range in variety based on the demand of our communty needs. In this role, my primary responsiblities are to facilitate professional growth for the fellow, build rapport with external stakeholders, ensuring timeliness of final deliverables, building out project plans to be implemented and executed and applying varying mangement styles to accomodate stakeholder and fellow personalites.In both roles, I work closely with senior management with exposure to very high level projects that involve multiple parties that require precision in time management and a sense of resourcefulness.Former Collegiate Student-Athlete at Valparaiso University.
