• Sets up machines such as but not limiting to; compressor, chiller, duplex vacuum plodder machine, packaging machines, and roller machine to start production cycle.• Controls and adjust machine settings such as speed, temperature and offset etc. to complete task accurately according to specification in a timely manner.• Effectively monitor automated machines for quality production and unplanned stops.• Conducts routine preventive maintenance on automated machines.• Maintains the print as well as the inline ink jet printers. • Ensures operational housekeeping and sanitation.

• Executes plant startup by aligning valves, and plant shutdown for equipment maintenance.• Carries out preventive and corrective maintenance which may include, but not limiting to, on pneumatic valves, gas scrubber, heat exchanger, and gas filter separators.• Monitors and controls onshore upstream and downstream parameters such as pressures, temperatures and flowrates through Distributed Control System (DCS) and HMI.• Conducts daily routine bump test activity and general plant inspection.• Carries out preventive maintenance on Gas and Black Start Diesel generators, and respond quickly to change of power supply to the facility.• Quickly respond to alarm conditions, investigated the root cause and resolved.• Inspects fire cabinet and extinguishers, and first aid kits to determine their functionality. • Supervisory work, reports writing, data entry, and other general administrative work.• Issue safe work permit to contractors and provides the job safety analysis prior to the actual tasks, and maintained operational housekeeping. • Reports any malfunction of safety critical equipment to the Operations Coordinator. • Ensures safety procedures and guidelines to meet the Incident and Injury Free philosophy.• Regulates hydrocarbons to meet equipment specifications and standard requirements.• Advises contractors on task and sharing knowledge through regular toolbox talks.

• Records observations and findings during diagnostics run and decides the corrective methods and extent of repairs necessary.• Supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints. • Completes preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, greasing, wheel balancing, replacing filters. • Maintains vehicle functional condition by conducting inspections, replaced parts and components. • Ensures vehicles are mechanically sound, available for test and that pro-active planned maintenance is carried out continuously.• Sees that the workshop housekeeping and tools are well maintained.
