Prepare statutory deliverables for stakeholders (statutory accounts, lead schedules, director’s brief, tax pack, EY deliverables, quality control check lists)o Ensure that Tax packs are filled in properly and in a timely manner and queries received from Tax Teams are answered the Corporation Tax Return.o Carry out balance sheet reconciliation work for businesses / countries supported, review reconciliations performed by the BPO/Accountant or Analyst - query resolution will be handled independently based upon previous experience.o Support intercompany processes/segment reporting/group audit where relevant working closely with counterparties to ensure timely follow up and resolution on queries.o Support the Statutory SME in the coordination of statutory planning & audit o Ensure all audit and tax queries are responded to on a timely basiso Provide support for SFN preparation for processes such as capital injection, dividend declaration, liquidation, including liaising with other functionso Provide support for implementation of on-going and new projects such systems simplification, legal organisation structure simplification and compliance matters

o Establish and maintain effective relationships with Finance Country Teams and business contactso Coordinate disputes – monitoring, intervening and escalating disputes according to Group Policies and ensuring all disputes are resolved in a timely mannero Liaison with the Outsourced Service Providers processing team, where relevant, on ensuring “failed” invoices are communicated accurately to trading partner with a view to timely resolution, including resolving any issues with Systems interfaces (HUB, SAP, etc)o Work with Billing Teams to ensure all disputes are minimised by addressing route causes of disputes raisedo Monthly/quarterly reconciliations of Intercompany accounts in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable - Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the various Intercompany and suspense account reconciliations performed by Outsourced Service Providers, and reconcilaition of relevant general ledger accounts where Outsourced Service Provider is not the reconcilero Ensure all reconciling items are followed up on a timely basiso Monitor and process settlement of invoiceso Ensure Journal preparation & posting for adjustments identified through the reconciliation process to ensure Intercompany differences are closed in time
