Analysis of users based on various attributes, setting up strategy and business logic, definition of segmentation framework, preparation of business specification related to segmentation engine, active support in software specification, liaise with business and IT decision makers. Run test campaign, measure results, derive consequences, visualize data. Cooperating with the law department review of privacy statements and marketing related permissions. Based on different inputs advice on changes to best serve common case.

Provide grant consultancy to Microsoft Hungary Ltd. Inform decision makers and distributors on different EU-HUN co-financed grants (budget, deadlines, requirements, etc.). Regarding running ICT projects organizing partner meetups, doing data analysis, data visualization, reports, provide business intelligence, to support effective implementation.
