- Developing a mortgage management system on a microservices architecture using Java Spring Boot, Docker, and AWS. The service enables the user to have visibility into the different mortgage providers on the market and which one matches their specific needs in terms of principal, payment period, and interest rate to be paid on the loan.- Built a recommendation system that enables Managers within the organization to staff the right developers on the right projects using variables that include their skill alignment with the project's requirements, their previous client or internal projects, internal performance assessment scores, the last used date for the skills to determine the skill decay and their rank within the organization. We use pandas to manipulate this data and generate these data-driven insights, enabling the company to reduce client churn and further support developer growth.- Developing Flask/GraphQL APIs for the Performance Assessment microservice on the ARMS product. ARMS is an ERP that enables the company to manage staff payrolls, assess staff performance, and manage staffing needs for client projects. This product was built on a microservice architecture.- Improving the code quality on the Performance Assessment service by writing unit tests covering 87% of the codebase.

- Led system design of backend API for Scholine, a school management system, enabling curriculum management, teacher productivity tracking, and test result reporting.- Built robust Django/GraphQL APIs interfacing with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases that enabled schools to carry out tallies for students’ assessment results, and also enabled schools to conveniently collect tuition payments, all in one platform.- Implemented strict TDD methodology, wrote unit tests, and Dockerized the backend API.- Developed CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions, and deployed them on GCP Compute Engine.

- Developed backend APIs for productivity engines HQZen, BPOSeats.com, and ApplyBPO, using Sileo, a custom framework that extends Django and Django Rest Framework providing improved scalability and ORM optimization strategies.- Optimized the database queries, enabling the company to track employees’ productive working hours 60% faster.- Implemented security best practices by removing sensitive information like administrator emails from the codebase, making the platform more maintainable without hard-coded credentials and improving API security.- Introduced a technical writing program, enabling developers to write technical articles on productivity hacks, database optimization techniques, and tutorials on specific tasks/features in Django.

I also guided sprint planning sessions while prioritizing the most important parts of the product for an MVP and ensured an efficient agile development process.I was also responsible for mentoring the Trainees as they went about their development work.

From stock counts, orders, sales, booking consultations, discount promotions suggestions for particular products to automatically notifying pharmacy admins about products that are nearing expiry.
