• Garantir la bonne gestion directe d’une composante clé du projet (800k€): recherche, sélection et négociation fournisseurs, validation de commande et suivi de facturation (SAP), suivi de production, pilotage chantier.

• Position taken following the global COVID-19 pandemic to install new equipment to meet the exploding demand for disposable medical masks at KOLMI-HOPEN.
• Managed the installation of 19 new production/packaging machines & organised the transfer of 11 existing production lines.
• Set up a new production site with 4 existing lines transferred + 2 new lines integrated: flow analysis, workstation design, site installation monitoring.
• Coordinated the implementation of a new automated line at 600p/min: industrial management (2 suppliers, total equipment 1.6M EUR) + cross-functional management with marketing, supply chain & sales departments on the.
• Oversaw supplier relations and follow up: machine development & start-up.
• Ensure production ramp-up plan: implementation of KPIs, PARETO analysis.

• Following my internship, full-time position in the Engineering department with greater responsibilities and larger projects to manage.
• Successfully developed and initiated the launch of a new cosmetic production area:
• Supervised internal transfer and installation of two packing lines inside this area; including management of the project team (engineers & technicians) and suppliers.
