Providing exceptional receptionist and administrative support at one of Manchester's premier office buildings located in the Spinningfields district of the city centre.Duties included greeting guests and colleagues from numerous different companies, working with building management to create a sense of community through newsletters and events and day to day administration including inbox management and document audits.

I am a full time Front of House staff member at one of Portsmouth's most iconic pubs, responsible for:- managing sections of the restaurant- delivering high level customer service in a busy restaurant environment - within three months, my role has expanded to encompass the running of the pub's restaurant section and liaising with management section- learning and implementing government guidelines necessary to comply with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic

During university I utilised my free time to find a part-time job working as part of bar team at the indoor events arena in Cardiff. Working in an extremely busy and crowded environment often under pressure to serve quickly and attentively.

During university, I undertook the training to become a student ambassador. This meant I participated in Open Days, taking tours and showing prospective students and their parents’ around campus, explaining university life (and hopefully settling some nerves).

Working as a Customer Service and Stock Management Partner, I worked across various departments within the store including:- the Customer Service Department utilising numerous systems to help customers including Click & Collect, telephone lines and the online customer service system- financial Services including credit cards which meant managing confidential information appropriately and according to regulatory frameworks- my stock management role meant working with numerous departments across the store to present stock properly and appropriately, according to the standards expected and using varied systems to undertake stock takes and optimise stock rooms
