As well as continuing with previous duties I was given control of AdJuggler, banner campaign managing software, and the online shop that needed constant updating with new graphics, products and offers to coincide with promotions running in national press adverts.I also managed direct marketing e-mail promotions which were created using a mix of graphic and HTML, and were sent using Lyris, Email marketing software.As the core business of the company changed, in addition to my graphic design responsibilities, I took on the role of direct marketing manager for WAP promotion.I initially reporting directly to CEO David Sullivan and ended up managing the mailings team I used a variety of potential customer sources (lists) to promote our services through Mobile and WAP based services generating the majority of the company’s revenue. Worked in the studio producing artwork for DVD and VHS sleeves and also DVD artwork, designed mailing catalogues in full colour, with new designs each month. Also produced artwork for national press and magazines in 2 and 4 colour in a variety of specified sizes on a daily basis working, within tight time frames.
