I am an experienced Asset Management professional and principal consultant at 1886 consulting with 18+ years of experience in the asset and investment management industry. I spent much of this time working in business management for the office of the CIO in a global Asset Management organisation. A key area of focus was providing strategic direction and management of the equities platforms. More recently, I have moved to establish and grow a consultancy business and partner with other practitioners where my focus is on developing of Investment Target Operating Models, platforms / process improvement and execution strategies for large global Asset Managers and Asset Owners. Working in collaboration with business and IT leaders globally to develop, challenge and lead strategic direction in platforms and processes I have extensive global trading knowledge covering execution capabilities, platforms, regulations, and best execution as well as a thorough knowledge of front office investment technology across the vendor landscape encompassing all major PMS, execution, and risk management solutions.
