Engineering company specializing in geotechnical testing and consultancy Jysk Geoteknik operates throughout Denmark in both the public and private sector. The company has 13 full time and 4 part time employees, 11 drilling rigs and its own laboratory.To cope with the result of the financial crisis dire changes had to be made within the company. I took charge of re-organising work procedures and the chain of command. Expanding the companies field of expertise, equipment and machines. As a result of these changes Jysk Geoteknik managed to stear through the financial crisis without laying off employees.As a filmmaker I made a micro-documentary about one of the companies geotechnical drillers. After the first three weeks on-line the film generated more orders than the result of a full year of traditional advertisement.

Selected list of music, film and theatre projects around Denmark where I have been involved in both planning and teaching. All projects have ended out in a public showings:2021- Film & Arts Summer CampOrganised Ebeltoft Filmefterskole & Kulturhotellet in collaboration with Syddjurs Bibliotek, European Film College and more. A recurring one week course in filmmaking and Art for youngsters from all over Denmark in the summer holiday.2006-2005 TeaterbutikkenOrganised by the youth theatre school in the Meatpacking District in Copenhagen. One week courses in theatre and stomp aimed at pre-teens from local schools.2005 Youth Summit 2005 - "Youth Rights & Informal Learning"Organised by the European Association for Cities, Institutions and Second Chance Schools and co-hosted by The City of Copenhagen (DK) and Malmö (S). The Summit brought together 125 students and 30 teachers from 9 European countries.2004 Youth in the NorthOrganised by The Nordic Council of Ministers. Theatre and music project that brought together selected teenagers from each of the Nordic countries in Thy on the west coast of Denmark.1998-2005 Family High School Organised by Vestbirk Folk High School. These annual 2 week summer courses in East Jutland, Denmark brought together families from all over Denmark, at times attracting three generations. I taught music and filmmaking.

Denmarks largest independent film school which ran everything from introductory courses for laymen, training for professionals to educating documentary film directors and more. As Creative Director I was responsible for:- Rebranding the school through visual and written communication.- Establishing new collaborations within the private and public sector.- Developing new courses and lines of educations to match new tendencies and market demands.- Establishing recurring artist talks with guest like Alister Chapman, Sami Saif and Kenneth Sorento.- Developing and heightening the schools ongoing PR, SoMe & marketing.- Producing a line of free online video tutorials. All of the above secured a greater awareness of the school within the industry and significant more exposure in the media.ABOUTThe film school was situated in the historic and green Danish Film Studio / ASA Studio in Kgs. Lyngby, where films like Breaking The Waves, House of the Spirits iconic TV series like The Rain (Netflix) were filmed. Today, the Danish Film Studio also houses several creative companies.The schools teachers are some of the best within the Danish TV/film/media industry. Clients included companies and media houses like Nordic Film, TV2, Danish National Radio and Bestseller.

Amongst other the pay off "Make room for your child's imagination" for the launch and SoMe campaign.

International Performing Arts festival aimed at adults. Each festival has a new theme which reflected the current tendencies on the international puppet scene. The theme in 2015 was "Puppet in Politics". Apart from event management and fundraising, I was also responsible for public relations, social media and the WordPress website.In 2011 I was given an honorary award by UNIMA (Union de la Marionette) Denmark for my work in developing and creating awareness of adult puppetry within and outside Denmark.

Preliminary work in establishing major scout centre in West Denmark. Representing the private firm SP Property in a co-project with Esbjerg Council and seven scout groups under the Danish YMCA. The Scout Centre opened its 12.000 m2 grounds in August 2014 with meeting rooms, IT facilities, an extensive climbing hall and 4.500 m2 green outdoor area where Scout associations can host camps right inside Denmarks 5th largest city.

Working for Kulturanstalten (under Copenhagen Municipality´s Department of Culture & Leisure) consisting of two libraries, two community arts centres and a childrens´ culture place.Responsible for co-ordinating larger events and counselling festivals, events and associations in the Borough of Vesterbro. Also involved in various festivals, co-productions and collaborations throughout Copenhagen working with arts- and social organizations in each borrough and drawing on my colleagues in the different departments within the Municipality.

Part of management team for the Vesterbro Borough´s Community Arts Centre, under Copenhagen Municipality's Department of Culture & Leisure. Developing derelict buildings in the old meat packing district into arts venues and spaces for social projects. Working with organizational development and human resources in merging the borough’s two community arts centres under one organizational umbrella, as well as the local children's culture place and the subculture venue Basement.My initial responsibility was cultural innovation, fundraising, development and entrepreneurship. Responsible for counselling and developing local self governing associations, events and festivals - and also initiating new. Later I also became responsible for drawing national and international events to the Vesterbro borough and the rest of Copenhagen (for example 17th ASSITEJ World Congress & Performing Arts Festival for Young) which allowed me to work on a broader platform expanding my worldwide network.

Biannual festival primarily aimed at children and their families. Puppet Junior presents high quality puppet theatre to a broad audience in public spaces. Spanning 5 days, 4 boroughs and reaching an audience of 4.500 of mixed social backgrounds. My areas of responsibility covered producing, event management, fundraising, PR, marketing, social media and the utilized WordPress website.Today Puppet Junior is run co-operatively by four cultural institutions under Copenhagen Municipality's Department of Culture & Leisure. Thereby becoming an independent festival in its own right, administratively separated from the self-governing Copenhagen Puppet Festival.

The Project Workshop counsels emerging and existing social- and cultural projects and festivals. Evolving on-line guides on how to write applications, making overviews of private and public funds as well as connecting entrepreneurs across communities, or with key persons within the public sector. Developed from scratch in the Vesterbro borough to an office with 1 full time and 5 part time employees counselling 200 projects a year. The Project Workshop was taken over by Copenhagen Municipality's Department of Arts- & Leisure Central Administration in 2008 and has today expanded with local satellite workshops in different boroughs of Copenhagen.
