Barnaby is a highly accomplished management consultant with 22 years' experience advising UK, European and global private capital firms on digital and operational strategy, data, systems selection and software implementation.In 2009, Barnaby founded Holland Mountain, the leading European consulting firm delivering operational improvements and maximising efficiency in the private equity, private debt, real estate and infrastructure sectors. Since then, his team of specialised project resources has delivered 200+ successful engagements for over 50 private capital clients, including the likes of BGF, Bridgepoint, Cinven, Coller, Infrared Capital Partners, Permira and Triton. Barnaby led Holland Mountain’s successful acquisition of Consolidata in 2018, bringing on board an experienced team of data architects and focusing their Data Analytics Platform on the private capital industry. With the launch of ATLAS in 2019, Holland Mountain is enabling their private capital clients to actually achieve ‘one source of truth’ when reporting internally, to regulators and to investors.Prior to Holland Mountain, Barnaby began his career in private capital with AnalytX, before spending six years with another boutique consulting firm. Beyond his CFA designation, Barnaby read Information Technology for Business at Aston University. He holds a CIPM® Certificate in Investment Performance Management and is a Registered PRINCE2® Practitioner. He is also an active member of the CFA Institute and the British Computer Society.
