 Training & Development – Identifying training requirements from business managers and implementing various Behavioural and Leadership training programs for the region. Continuous following up with business for training needs to ensure constant learning and development of employees. Employee Engagement - Organizing Employee Engagement Activities in Kolkata as a regular feature with people participating in the same and making it a success.  Employee Life Cycle Management : Induction of new joinees – Joining forms, one to one interaction with new joinees, explaining the HR policies, company processes, IT tools etc. Supporting of employees in resolving day to day issues related to payments, employee data management, Mediclaim & hospitalization, Corporate credit cards, bank accounts etc. Employee data management and continuous update of employee data. Support employees during transfer of location, department etc.Ensuring smooth release for resigned employees. Providing monthly payroll inputs from location to central processing team for smooth processing of payroll.Leave management of Expats, Direct Contract employees & WJE category employees. Delegation Life cycle Management – Induction & briefing to the delegates during their arrival in India regarding the local HR policies, company processes, usage of IT tools etc. Supporting in opening of salary accounts, providing corporate credit cards, Registration at FRO office, VISA extension, FRO transfer and exit permit from India. Supporting the delegates in resolving various day to day issues related to salary and other payments, Leave Management, usage of HR IT Tools, Bank account, Credit cards etc. Managing smooth exit process of delegates during their repatriation & exit from India. Active participation in several internal & external audits.
