I come from a simple background with my principles of integrity, dedication & superior planning been defined by my parents who were high achievers in their own professional journeys.Over the past 24 years in my career, I have won clients, negotiated high value contracts and helped companies strategize for 10x growth in a short period of time. Having worked with organizations like L&T, Aditya Birla Group, CapitaLand (Ascendas Firstspace), Space Matrix and others, my professional journey is a story dotted with successes in the fields of Contracts, Techno- Commercial negotiations, Client acquisition, Imports & fast track business expansion. I believe that correct planning can ensure 90% successes. I am a strong believer & follower of Vaastu Shastra and have seen that implementing the same in real estate projects creates not only ensures a holistic living, but also profitability.I am also known as a "Problem Solver" amongst colleagues, friends & family... having been able to resolve issues & get results in corporate & personal environment which people call "miraculous", but which are, I believe as outcomes of good execution of a great strategy.I love teaching youngsters through storytelling and have been associated with University of Surrey (UK), Fore School of Management, Amity University, etc. as a guest lecturer.
