Over the years I have built extensive experience and expertise in Cisco Network Administration applied in Telephony and Network Management environments. Being a project oriented seasoned IT professional I am accustomed to working with little supervision. Once a project is assigned to me, I take complete ownership from inception to completion.Time management is vital in IT. It has been my practice to apply organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with other professionals thereby accomplishing corporate goals and consistently meeting milestones.A few of my most memorable technical support projects are:-Technical Lead on Router Refresh Project where my responsibilities were to coordinate the activities of Procurement, Staging, Network Engineering, Voice Engineering and Field Services to replace all outdated 2821 routers in our Walgreens stores with 4331 routers. This consisted of over 3K stores and 70K Endpoints.-Technical Lead on the SIP Drive Thru conversions where we upgraded out Drive Thru Operations from Analog to Digital. This required coordination of service from Vendors, Network Operations, Field Services and Telephony Operations. The focus of the project was to move the communication process from the router to the switches.-Lead Voice Engineer responsible for the building of Telephony infrastructure in new and converted Area Offices to support our District Managers and support staff throughout the United States. This encompassed creation of Telephony configuration that worked in conjunction with the Network config. It was my responsibility to coordinate the services of various departments including Procurement, Staging, Network Operations, Field Services and the Voice Team. The creation of the user accounts, mail boxes, building of phones and auto-attendant rounded out these responsibilities.
