Designed, executed and launched multiple new product offerings including a trading platform for complex weather derivatives and ICE Block 2.0--the first Block trading platform to offer instant messenger integration.

Led a team of business analysts and engineers on a multi-million dollar initiative to transition Japanese Government Bonds from a legacy front-end to the ICAP BrokerTec® solution—a high-speed trading platform for fixed income securities with a daily volume of over $300 billion dollars.
