This 120 yr old stone house sits along approx. 300 yards of creek frontage and includes 3+ acres. The home itself is a work-in-progress. Much of it has already been refinished but we will continue to improve things as time goes on. It includes a massive yard and lots of area to play games and activities. Plus, there is an area to enjoy evenings around the large fire pit. With this house being located along the creek, you will have instant access to fishing, floating, kayaking, swimming, and relaxing. Because the home is located near other properties in this quiet village, we do prohibit parties and loud music at the property. Additionally, we ask all guest to respect quiet hours after 11pm. This is a remote area in the northern mountains of Pennsylvania between Williamsport and Wellsboro. The log cabin was custom built by hand and has a 100% log cabin feel to it. Most of the interior is exposed natural wood. If you've always wanted to stay in a log cabin, this is the best way to experience it. It includes a massive yard and lots of area to play games and activities. There is a separate cabana area to enjoy evenings around the large fire pit. In warmer months, the pool will be open to offer a fun way to cool off and relax.
