Responsible for two aspects of Product Management within a multi-national corporate organisation:1. Globally working with inkjet equipment OEM partners to provide them with high quality UV inkjet ink systems to compliment there hardware offer. The role involved agreeing specifications, leading development projects, securing validation and approval then launching the final product. The hardware and ink system once completed was then launched into the FujiFilm Graphic Systems regional sales channels. One of these partnerships is a top 3 multi-million GBP customer of Fujifilm Speciality Ink Systems Ltd.2. EMEA responsibility for the UV mid-range Inkjet system portfolio, this included sourcing new equipment, developing the commercial justification sell it. Then the preparation of sales aids, materials and sales arguments to be delivered through hands-on sales training and social media. It also included in-field sales support across the region plus all of the other aspects of managing a product through its life-cycle.

Joining Fujifilm through acquisition, I became the Marketing Manager for Inkjet Systems Wide Format and worked with Océ (now Canon) to develop and launch the most successful midrange wide format printer at that time. I was responsible for gathering direct market data relating to Wide Format inkjet printing systems and then specifying, sourcing and launching new products across Europe that satisfied market needs with specially formulated ink suitable for the machine and application. I trained sales teams, developed marketing materials, and worked with local teams to ensure they had the right level of understanding to represent our product and support customers in their buying decisions.

Employed in a global capacity I had direct responsibility for the development of a business model for Sericol's packaging business in Europe. In this role I was instrumental in developing the entry strategy into the Narrow Web segment and developing the UV Flexo ink market. This also entailed collating data and initiating international projects to speed up development, routes to market and best practice.
