Single point of contact for Sterile Manufacturing budgets. Assist and approve of proposal payment terms. Recommend pricing strategies for new proposals. Manage business process in AX software to include input of all planned costs according to budget, track planned versus actual costs for change order opportunities, review and approve any specialty item costs, and prepare final invoice to customer. Synchronize budget and contract changes to track out of scope work. Participate in team meetings to ensure accurate forecasting and revenue recognition. Responsible for any billing issues, aid in collection process, and provide feedback to divisional and corporate controllers regarding collection opportunities and status.

Act as primary contact for key account partners. Lead and coordinate meetings with team members and clients to gather information for proposal preparation. Manage the proposal process from RFP to proposal delivery to meet client expectation. Work with project teams and clients to develop and implement project plans. Effectively communicate project information to the appropriate staff members to guarantee positive client relationships. Negotiate Master Service Agreements and Quality Agreements. Ensure all standard template and client specific language are included in proposals. Update all sales management software for value and sales status.

Provide guidance and other supervisory responsibilities to Business Analyst Team and other internal customers to include training, providing professional feedback, and performing ad-hoc reporting. Develop plans and recommendations for process improvement for automating proposal generation. Provide input into projected forecasting risks and opportunities. Manage business related to AAI’s Pharmaceutical Division including the generation of service estimates and change orders. Invoice and review all billing issues for accounts. Work with AAI’s sales force to define work and provide technical support. Track project progress and communicated with project teams. Responsible for working with clients to set up Master Service Agreements. Participate in client visits and audits.

Perform sterility, microbial limits, and particulate matter testing. Train laboratory analyst to perform sterility testing. Comply with all GMP guidelines.
