• Supervises 15-20 delivery drivers.• Increased delivery efficiency by streamlining route planning and prioritizing customer needs.• Reduce late deliveries by closely monitoring driver schedules and adjusting routes with router as needed.• Develop strong relationships with driver to ensure a better relationship with customer.• Implement safety protocols for drivers, resulting in a decrease in accidents and injuries.• Coach drivers on Lytx Driver Cam events• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, safety and health standards (DOT, OSHA etc)• Mentor new delivery team members, providing guidance on best practices and company policies.• Conduct regular performance evaluations for drivers, offering constructive feedback aimed at professional growth.• Supervise delivery drivers and general productivity.• Contact drivers and sales team about issues with deliveries or products.• Monitor driver’s metrics and took proactive steps to implement resolutions and restore acceptable goals.• Direct delivery trucks to shipping doors or designated areas and helped unload and load goods.• Ensure driver payroll is entered correctly and add pay if necessary, before approval.• Other projects and duties as assigned
