Connected, designed and maintained Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Group Policies, Lotus Domino 7.5, Lotus Notes 7, Sametime Instant Messenger. Installed and sustained Symantec Endpoint Protection (Antivirus, Antispyware). Optimized LAN using Network Monitor and optimized Servers using Performance Monitors. Organized and maintained VoIP telephones, voicemail server, and configured/maintained NEC NEAX 2400 PBX phone switch.

Walked customers through installing, configuring and troubleshooting their home networks for SBC Home Networking, and advised customers on how to troubleshoot their home phone lines for Home Phone line Networking Alliance installs. Created trouble tickets for DSL problems in the customer’s area.
