Creating and managing a programme of work to streamline external communication with stakeholders, referral agencies, supporters and public to increase referrals, create local networks, increase support for charity and advocate in national issues. Represented the charity on multiple occasions to feed back into national policy and decision making as well as regular public speaking at events. Responsibilities also included being Designated Safeguarding Lead which involved reviewing and rewriting the Safeguarding Adults Policy along with reforming the procedures to make them legally compliant and effective. Responsibilities also included line management, delivering staff training and writing the charity's plan for the coming year.

Running weekly English lessons for asylum seekers locally-accommodated as well as liaising with local churches and organisations to coordinate a compassionate welcome and offer activities to improve mental health of asylum seekers. Involved networking between local organisations, preparing and leading English lessons and coordinating the fufilment of practical needs (eg. food, toiletries, clothing etc.)

Working as an agent of international charity, Christians Against Poverty (CAP) running their award-winning debt-help service within local charity aiming to reduce poverty. Client-facing role guiding people in debt through through the process to becoming financially free. Also involved with the promotion of the service, meeting with local referral agencies and appearances in local press. Managed a team of volunteers, recruiting, networking and giving training.

Teaching a small group through a Beginners French course online. Building on main lectures leading exercises & conversation in breakout rooms.

Planning and delivering lessons for 1 to 30 students ranging from 14 to 25 year olds.
