I have also a background in operations, having run a small business with two partners for almost eight years.     In April 2016 I set up Rallegra Ltd with two partners. We held the exclusive worldwide rights to the prestigious Danish leather and travel goods brand Bon Goût for online sales. We also designed and manufactured our own Rallegra brand of leather and travel goods, as well as providing white label items for our clients, which included a number of prestigious brands.My role was operations, and I managed the office administration, online sales, warehouse management, suppliers and the various online portals, drop shipping partners and channels that the business sold through. I became proficient on Amazon Seller Central, eBay and several other platforms. I was also involved with shipping and logistics, both into the UK and on to our customers.

    After a 14 month consultancy role at Unitel Direct, I jumped right back into the wholesale telecoms business, taking up the role of Account Director at Coms Wholesale, part of Coms Plc. My remit at Coms was to bring my experience and knowledge to assist in further developing Coms Wholesale. We offered true wholesale (CDRs) as well as bureau billing via a one-stop portal that included WLR3, inbound, SIP and hosted telephony products.In April 2015 however, it became clear that Coms Plc was going to be sold, closed or restructured, and I made the decision to move into a new industry for a fresh challenge. I was correct in my assumptions - in June 2015, Coms Plc sold Coms Wholesale to Timico Group.

This included strategic partnerships, business partnerships and dealer/reseller opportunities and other commercial ventures including acquisitions. I was also heavily involved in supplier negotiations and commercial pricing.
