Responsible for the operational/back of house duties within the business. Working closely with the warehouse team, driving team and admin team to ensure a smooth day to day running of the business, overseeing a multitude of tasks within.

Responsible for driving profitable sales through team management, motivation and continual staff development. Responsible for setting the team individual goals to obtain corporate targets and sales figures while meeting and exceeding all expectations using various tools such as excel spreadsheets to micro manage staff performance.Based in a busy sales environment I strive to continually grow sales and expand through existing customer relations while identifying and securing new business opportunities.Liasing with senior management, operational staff and having a strong working relationship is key to my role within my team. I take pride in everything I do and love my work, I put 110% in and expect nothing less from my team.
