Project and Operational Manager for relationship management desktop, SEI Trust Accounting System/SMAC (domestic and international), and additional products used for private banking, trust, investment management, custody, qualified/non-qualified plans, and corporate trust accounts. Monitored SLA’s for internal and external vendors, including technology and client communications. Interfaced locally, off-site, and virtually with colleagues, clients, and client representatives.

Managed cash and securities processing staff of 25 in Trust Operations located in Brooklyn and Buffalo on the SEI Trust Accounting system “Trust3000”. Liaised with executives in Domestic and International Private Banking, Trust, Custody, Investment Management, Corporate Trust, and Retirement Financial Services.

Recruited experienced recordkeeping and benefit payment staff of three. Developed services and processes to interface with vendor, utilizing PLUS, EBAS, and PAS. Assisted securities processing staff in development of services utilizing TRUST3000. Identified and filled gaps in products/services as needed.

Initial role was as a pension trust accountant, personally auditing trust/custodial statements and manually producing plan accounting statements. Progressed to management of those areas and then additional management of benefit payment and participant recordkeeping businesses. Brought local processing capabilities for benefit payments and recordkeeping to firm with purchase, implementation, and ongoing responsibility of National FSI PLUS and PAS.
