As an extremely driven, resourceful and enthusiastic senior programme management professional, I have gained extensive experience of youth, professional and international development initiatives in the charitable sector. This includes tenures with national and global organisations involving all aspects of programme delivery, as well as country operations management.I thrive operating within a diverse social, economic and multi-cultural environment, as a dedicated advocate for safeguarding children and young people. I have led and supervised large teams of staff and volunteers from across the globe, requiring effective communication, trust building, knowledge sharing and best practices.Due to my passion for empowering, advocating for and safeguarding children and young people, I am seeking to develop an organisation designed to support street-connected children around the globe through sports based youth work.My academic credentials include a Master's in children, youth and international development, Bachelor's degree in youth and community services, as as well as multiple training courses. These have covered safeguarding, critical incident management, coaching & mentoring, social change, advocacy & action, amongst others.
