As the director in Canterbury I was responsible for maintaining our excellent client satisfaction rates and managing the efficiency and quality of our operations. This included leading our great team, setting and managing our budget, meeting financial and other key performance targets, and ensuring compliance with accreditation body standards. Our successes included:- achieving an average of 4.8/5 from Trustpilot client reviews- being recognised as one of the six best language training organisations in the country in a 2019 Accreditation UK inspection with 14/14 areas of strength- reorganising operations to meet financial targets and reduce overheads by 15% compared to 2018 As a member of the London School Group senior management team and board of directors I was involved in formulating and executing the long-term strategic direction of the organisation.

As senior teacher trainer for the Trinity College London suite of qualifications I coordinated a team of six teacher-trainers and the work of 150 trainees per year (in face to face and online courses). I edited and wrote teacher training materials, including for the development of two new online courses. As a senior teacher I taught General English and ESP courses in a busy multinational, weekly enrolment environment and acted as a mentor to other teachers as well as playing a key role in the school's professional development program.
