I'm a socially savvy and commercially focussed ( digital) sales and marketing manager with a focus on coaching people and teams to become better and happier while still reaching targets.I was classically trained in the world of digital and analog media advertising and have projected those skillsets onto digital sales, product development, content strategy, social media marketing, PR & influencer marketing and branding.During the several management positions I worked in my mission was always to make better people out of my co-workers. I hired people that I thought would or could do my job at some point and always tried to deep dive into what they really wanted to be or become and give them the tools (in terms of what was possible) to strive for what they true-ly wanted. Results in companies still depend on the people. How they feel about their job, if they feel a connection to the company and its mission but also if they can grow either on a business or professional level. It all counts. My mission is to help companies, teams and people reach their full potential.
