Head of Coffee for Maison Estelle and Estelle Manor. Overseeing all hot drink production. Running of day time beverage operations. Coordinating between the beverage department, front of house, events and membership. Responsible for all team management tasks such as ordering, training, rotas, and recruiting. As well as larger, longer term operational tasks, such as: sourcing and liaising with suppliers to grow the correct brand of our serve, working with a budget and timeline to achieve the highest level of performance, following the brief and vision of the higher operational team to be able to realise the companies end goal.

Ten years employment at one of London's most important and influential coffee roasters. During my time at Monmouth I worked in a variety of departments which gave me a wide knowledge of how a coffee business runs. I ended up becoming their trainer - both for our staff, as well as our wholesale customers. My time at Monmouth gave me the foundation and expertise in coffee I have used to propel my career after Monmouth.
