Gulfstream ( GII,III,IV,V) aircraft. Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot aircraft and engine to ensure aircraft conformance with FAA regulations. Troubleshoot and determine malfunctioning parts. Conducted inspections of F-100-200 Power Plant and Engine aircraft components/assemblies, ground support equipment and shop equipment during repair and upon completion of repair and/or installation to determine acceptability in terms of compliance with established quality standards. Performed troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, modification and testing, inspecting, and a variety of maintenance tasks on complete aircraft systems and components. Performed troubleshooting, inspection, modification, adjustments, and repair of aircraft engine assemblies, and accessories and aircraft environmental systems. Performed functional and operational testing of systems including power, transmission, control, pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic, life support and structural equipment, assemblies, units and accessories, and scheduled inspections. Replaced main transmissions, tail rotors, gear boxes, main landing gear, shock struts, APUs, oil coolers, fuel cells, hydraulic pumps. Performed repairs of limited complexity such as removing worn or damaged gaskets, pneudraulic lines, couplings, fuel cells, cables, and pulleys, determining when they may be cleaned and reinstalled, or must be replaced.

Overhaul and inspection of F100-220E engine

Received maintenance orders for, serviced, and repaired F-100-100 Power Plant and F-100-220 Power Plant aircraft on or ahead of schedule. Executed organizational, intermediate, and DEPOT level repairs, and inspected turbine blades to detect cracks or breaks, and facilitated repairs or replacement based on safety standards. Performed repair and replacement of a multitude of aircraft systems to include hydraulics, fuel systems, turbine engines, related system components, main rotor and tail rotor rigging, transmissions, gear boxes, rotor hubs, rotor blades, and all other associated equipment. Covered all aspects of aircraft system and subsystem inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and component repair or replacement at the organizational, intermediate, and DEPOT level ensuring all repairs were performed in compliance with standards before, during, and after maintenance flights. Other duties included flushing engines, collecting oil samples, aircraft sheet metal and structural repair, and utilized test carts, AC/DC auxiliary ground power units, and all aircraft related maintenance tools.

Maintained extensive knowledge of J57-43WB and J57-59W aircraft engine systems, concepts, and application of maintenance operations to include data reporting, technical schematics and instructions, maintenance diagrams, Test, Measure and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), the Core Automated Maintenance System (CAMS), repair parts inventory, and the Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) utilized for the data entry and management of logistical needs as applied to the maintenance process. Orchestrated the proper coordination of all departments of the maintenance shop including engine, pheudraulics, sheet metal, avionics, armament, and other areas to ensure the timely movement of all aircraft components through the shop for the most efficient turnaround of operational readiness. Inspected all work performed by maintenance airmen to ensure work was in strict compliance with safety standards, operational schematics, and government requirements. Removed and installed aircraft components, performed functionality tests of repaired components and systems, and adjusted, aligned, and rigged aircraft systems.
