As a design engineer, I had an opportunity to design different kinds of infrastructure projects, including roads, buildings, water and sewage systems, and other public and private structures. Making sure the design complied with all applicable standards, laws, and codes. gathering information about the site's conditions by carrying out site investigations. Topographical maps, soil testing, environmental impact report analysis, and consideration of geological factors that could influence project design and construction were all part of these site investigations. Created design plans and drawings using computer-aided (CAD) software following project specifications and needs. Architectural and structural elements are included in these plans, which are necessary for project execution and building. Employed cutting-edge engineering concepts and methods to compute and evaluate the structural capacities of various project components.I led a team that designed a detailed design for a sewer and drainage system in Victoria Range Masvingo using computer-aided software such as Civil 3D and Microsoft Excel resulting in a 50% reduction in flood risk for a flood-prone area.

I was a Site engineer. I identified workable solutions to maintain the project's progress. I would distribute resources, such as labour, tools, and materials, during the building process. To get the best prices on the required resources, I worked closely with vendors and suppliers. committed to risk management and quality control, carrying out routine quality assurance tests and inspections to make sure the construction satisfies all requirements. In addition, I would communicate frequently with a variety of stakeholders as a construction engineer, such as clients, architects, contractors, and government officials.
