Includes answering phone within 3 rings and taking messages or booking appointments.• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new and current Members.• Assist Members on the floor with questions about the FitFix and Cardio machines.• Sign Member workout cards and give recommendations of programs to help them achieve their Needs/Goals/Time Frame.• Have the knowledge and ability to sell and answer questions regarding Memberships, Team Trainingetc.• Handle comments, suggestions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner• Complete Club run on an hourly basis to ensure Club cleanliness• Maintain tanning room and bed cleanliness; immediately report maintenance requirements

• Received, checked off, and put away freight.• Picked, packaged, and shipped customer orders with speed and precision.• Designed and updated promotional fliers and catalogues.• Take detailed inventory of the vast amount of stock by vendor• Schedule/book deliveries to make sure deliveries were consistent, spread out, and timely

• Digitally measure roofs using company software• Input data into excel spreadsheets• Print and organize information• Take calls from salesmen and provide on-the-fly measurements for them to share with potential clients.

• Deliver sales and production results• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time• Phone clients to get further details or information, or to let them know the status of their orders (delays,complete, any issues that arose during the framing process)• Maintain the ready made frame department and other assigned areas including SISO and DirectedReplenishment• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; provide awell merchandised and in-stock store for the customer to shop• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs• Participate in the truck un-load and stocking processes• Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards• Acknowledge customers, help locate product and provide solutions
