I also played a key role in the emergency management and disaster recovery efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic and the October 2019 flooding in Herkimer and Oneida counties, where I demonstrated my ability to work under pressure, mobilize resources, and coordinate with multiple agencies and organizations. Additionally, I have a background in broadcast media, where I specialized in social media notifications and live remote broadcast events, which enhanced my skills in public relations, media relations, and crisis management.
