• Travel 50-75% of the year to go to job sites and offshore.• Lead team in the receival, installation, pre-commissioning & commissioning of our subsea boosting systems and MPFMs in the GoM.• Subsea boosting systems include topside equipment (PCM building, HPU, and TUTU) as well as subsea equipment (SCM, Pump Station, Pump Module, STFL, HFLs, OFLs, EFLs, SUTA).• Lead HSE/HARC meetings to ensure safe execution of onshore & offshore activities.• Maintenance, preservation, SRT, and pre-deployment of several subsea boosting system equipment onshore.• Offshore preventative maintenance on live topside subsea boosting systems to maintain flow assurance. • Field RCA when needed on different equipment to support engineering design team.• MPFM SRT, commissioning and communication troubleshooting for clients.• Offshore installation of 3 Trident Energy subsea pumps on board the Bourbon Evolution Vessel in West Africa.• Offshore installation of subsea boosting pumps for Chevron, Shell, Exxon, Woodside, Oxy.• Client interactions include Shell, Exxon, Chevron, BP, Anadarko, BHP, Woodside, Oxy, Murphy and Kosmos.• Create site reports of onshore and/or offshore campaigns.• Create Service Quality/Product Quality reports to help prevent future NPT and increase positive customer service.

• Breakdown assembled equipment and clean for repair and rebuild.• Repair and rebuild 4”, 5” and 7” valves rated to 10k and 15k working pressures.• Nipple up valves, flow crosses, and frac trees for testing.• Tested valves and flow crosses to rated pressure to make sure they are field ready.• Build casing heads and tubing heads and prepared them for field.• Install frac trees and manifolds on site and torqued to spec.• Conduct JSA every morning before starting work and complete FSO after job is completed.

• Analyzed the entire cooling water system of the plant because of lack of flow. • Analyzed historical pressure and flow survey data from over 100 heat exchangers and 50 pumps provided by Nalco.• Traced elevated cooling water lines in the plant and was able to identify the supply and return lines.• Created an appendix for optimal flow for all the heat exchangers in the plant by calculation using the survey data. • Conducted a pressure and flow survey of my own on identified problem areas. • Conducted flow calculations to identify the needed flow. • Made recommendations that could potentially save the plant over $250,000 and reduce the total seal failures in the problem areas by 27%• Recommendations could also potentially eliminate a bad actor from the top 10 bad actor list. • Established and maintained relationships with different disciplines in the engineering staff, as well as vendors, to get project completed.
