The Customer Platform Lead is a member of the cross-functional Team responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining ongoing support of the platform, providing a robust and reliable platform for the delivery of new and/or improved experiences for our customers, as well as providing guidance and knowledge of the platform operations and capabilities for other teams. Reporting to the Head of Engineering.

I have over 9 years experience as a Software Product Manager developing several platforms and delivering software projects from startup to maturity that serviced a global market in the civil construction industry for Trimble in the Virtual Site Solutions joint venture with CAT and also Trimble's Civil Construction Software divisionKey Responsibilities• Provide key liaison point as Product Manager for Trimble WorksOS and VisionLink platformswithin civil construction, earthworks, compaction, machine utilization and landfill domains.• Manage product interface simultaneously on both desktop and mobile platforms.• Coordinate multiple New Zealand based development teams and oversee contract developmentteams in India and collaborate with teams in the USA and UK, for these respective domains.• Drive financial metrics for products and establish deadlines.
