Hapa (HA-pa) is a double-entendre meaning both ‘leaf’, as well as the Hawaiian pidgin word used to describe a person or concept that comes from multiple cultures.Izakaya (ee-zah-KYE-yah) is a style of restaurant popularized in Tokyo.
