With a diverse and dynamic career spanning over three decades, I have honed a robust skill set in business development, entrepreneurship, and strategic management across multiple industries. My journey began in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where I launched an import and wholesale company supplying kitchenware to major supermarket chains and retail stores, capitalizing on the economic opening of Brazil at the time.Transitioning to the tech sector, I played a pivotal role in establishing a startup's presence in Brazil and successfully launched the country's first Online Loyalty Program, rapidly growing its user base to 250,000 users in 6 months. This experience sharpened my skills in business development, market penetration, and customer engagement.Venturing into education, in 2001 I led and invested in a distance learning initiative, expanding its reach across multiple states in Brazil and forming partnerships with top universities. This endeavor significantly enhanced my abilities in project management, strategic planning, and negotiation with public institutions and government entities. To support this project, I've also created a web design company, which later became independent, providing website development and online marketing services to small and medium-sized enterprises. This venture allowed me to work with clients both in the U.S. and Brazil, offering flexible and innovative solutions.In the last 4 years I've been leading teams in the U.S. , Europe and India for different Google Ads projects, through Vaco, working closely with Google Managers and Engineers, providing Data Insights, reports, training, recruiting, presenting WBRs and MBRs to large audiences and senior leadership both at Vaco and Google.Additionally, as a side project, in 2014, I founded a sports apparel company (http://sensobjj.com) which has shown consistent growth YoY.I am passionate about leveraging my extensive background to drive innovation and success in every project I undertake, continuously seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth.
