Uses data-driven insights to drive improvements and resolve operational issues.- Training and Development: Conducts regular training sessions and workshops to upskill team members on the latest guidelines and best practices, leading to an increase in team proficiency and engagement.- Stakeholder Communication: Acts as the liaison between the team and other departments, including engineering, product management, leadership and Data Insights.
