I look forward to leveraging my fresh perspective and my passion for cloud computing initiatives to lead a dynamic team of professionals specializing in Globalscape EFT, Azure, AWS, and application administration.In my capacity as Globalscape EFT Administrator, I oversee data migration, piloting and maintaining technical infrastructures that reduce downtime and enable business optimization. Many of my past roles have given me the opportunity to champion the interoperability and long-term sustainability of major IT projects by conducting risk analysis and mitigation across large-scale traditional, cloud, and hybrid technical ecosystems.Some of my proudest career moments have been centered around coaching internal and external end-users through process updates and technological transformations within new and established organizations. A lifelong learner myself, I have garnered respect as a mentor, advisor, and SME through the continual quest for professional growth. Currently, I am pursuing my master’s degree in cybersecurity, along with additional certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, network security and AI sectors.As I continue refining these skillsets, I am eager to streamline service delivery, integrate process improvements, and boost customer satisfaction for a dynamic, industry-leading organization.
