As the commander of Tiger Squadron, I provided purpose, direction, and motivation to a 730 employee and 167 vehicle organization. I was responsible for selecting options of employment for the squadron, with equipment valued over $252 million, and developed leaders and teams within the organization such that the unit was prepared to deploy world-wide in defense of the Nation.

Served as the primary assistant to the Deputy Commanding General (COO) for Army Futures Command during it's start-up/merger-acquisition. Responsible for management of the administration and operations in all matters relating to the office of a 3-star General to include liaising in all matters of coordination between the Offices of the Secretary of the Army, The Chief of Staff of the Army, the Assistant Secretaries, Administrative Assistants to the Secretary of the Army, and multiple Direct Reporting Units. Prepared all materials and products required for matters relevant to the COO, including oversight of over $187B in budget activities for a 24,000 employee organization and orchestrated engagements with diverse officials, including members of Congress, Secretariat and Army Staff Principals, Foreign Dignitaries, Academia, Traditional and Non-traditional Industry, and the media.

As a Political Officer and Interagency Fellow for the Office of Russian Affairs, Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, U.S. Department of State, I developed strategic and national security policy recommendations, drafted policy documents and talking points, and planned and organized events that supported Department of State principals' efforts to develop, analyze, and synchronize U.S. foreign policy on Russia relating to counterterrorism and the defeat of ISIS, South and Central Asia, Syria, DPRK, and political-military issues. I Integrated and conducted strategic and national security planning with the National Security Council, Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Staff, and other interagency partners to assist efforts to build resilience and transatlantic unity among American partners and Allies, including NATO.

As the Senior Instructor/ Officer Commanding Specialist Wing I served as the Director of Specialist Wing, Australian School of Infantry where I was responsible for the development, resourcing, management, and execution of the Combat Shooting Instructor, Reconnaissance, Sniper, Combat Engineer, and Anti-tank Weapons courses. I supported capability development and modernization efforts of the specialist trades within the Australian Army and Infantry continuum.

As the Operations Officer, I served as the principle staff officer responsible for all training, operations, plans and force development for a 4,000 Soldier Infantry Stryker Brigade. Was responsible for preparing, coordinating, authenticating, and publishing all operational orders to coordinate the efforts of the brigade during training, peace-time, and combat operations. Advised the CEO of a 4,000 Soldier organization on employment of the unit in all operations and led the alternate tactical command center.

As an Assistant Professor I trained, educated, and inspired students in the Department of Geography and Environmental Engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point. I was responsible for the moral-ethical, academic, and military development of over 240 students/cadets and taught courses ranging from Environmental Engineering for Developing Communities to Introduction to Environmental Engineering. Was responsible for all aspects of course preparation, improvement, and execution to include assisting in successful ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) review.
