• Providing representation for architects, developers, builders, and homeowners at Committee of Adjustment meetings in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond• Managing the complete representation process from pre-application consultation to resolution• Understanding and interpreting municipal bylaws, zoning requirements, planning comments, architectural drawings, surveys, and related materials • Liaising with all parties involved including homeowners, neighbours, and city staff• Preparing and delivering presentations and addressing opposing parties’ concerns while maintaining a high success rate • Managing all other aspects of a successful small business including but not limited to customer relations, promotion, invoicing, web/social media presence, networking
